Summary: CLTI and diabetic foot care are fragmented and models based on multidisciplinary teams improve care and reduce amputations. This session brings together leaders in limb salvage and amputation prevention from multiple specialties to highlight algorithms of care and newest approaches to assessment, revascularization, wound care and team work in this clinical arena, including methods to improve access to care for underserved communities.
