Summary: This is a case description of a 39-year-old female patient, pre-menopausal mother of 5 children, who presented to our clinic with an incidentally diagnosed 2.0 cm right renal artery aneurysm. The aneurysm was location was at the renal hilum with multiple segmental renal arteries emanating from the aneurysm sac. Given the location of the aneurysm with the multiple feeding branches, and that this patient was of childbearing age with the ability to become pregnant, we proceeded with open resection of the aneurysm as demonstrated and described in this video abstract.
