Summary: A patient who had undergone ascending repair with zone 3-5 TEVAR with enlarging zone 3 aneurysm from a type 1A endoleak was treated with the Nexus device on a compassionate use basis with resolution of the endoleak. This illustrates the use of the device in challenging proximal anatomy.
