VH08 - Midterm Results of Physician Modified Endograft in Juxta-renal AAA using Three-Dimensional Model Assisted Planning and Intraoperative Three-Dimensional Image Analysis
Summary: In this video presentation, we showcase our current approach to physician-modified endografting and provide insights into mid-term clinical outcomes. The data presented are derived from a consecutive series of 50 cases involving juxta-renal abdominal aortic aneurysms, where fenestration design was determined through three-dimensional model-assisted planning, and the deployment of the fenestrated device is assisted by intra-operative three-dimensional image analysis using cone beam CT. The method demonstrated satisfactory results in fenestration-branch alignment accuracy (100%). Kaplan-Meier analysis revealed mid-term outcomes (at 4 postoperative years) with a cumulative occurrence of >5 mm shrinkage (73%, 95% C.I.: 58.6-86.2%), freedom from >5 mm sac enlargement (97.2%, 95% CI: 56.7-81.9%), and assisted patency of renal bridging stents (100%).
