Summary: We demonstrate the treatment of a 72-year-old male with bilateral venous insufficiency (L > R) and non-healing wounds on his left lower extremity who underwent implantation of a bioprosthetic VenoValve in his left femoral vein via an open anterior approach. Preoperative considerations , intraoperative technique, postoperative follow up, and device information are discussed in the video.
