Jonathan R. Boyle, MD (he/him/his)

Mr Jonathan R Boyle, MB ChB, MD, MA (Cantab), FRCSEd, FRCSEng, FRCS (Gen.Surg)

Qualified from the University of Leicester in 1991. He trained in Leicester, Southampton and Portsmouth and was involved in the early development of EVAR within the UK, work that led to his MD thesis. He undertook a year of endovascular training at the Royal Adelaide Hospital Australia, prior to his appointment as Consultant Vascular Surgeon at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge in 2002.

He served as President of the Vascular Society of Great Britain and Ireland from 2021-2022 and was British Society of Endovascular Therapy President between 2013-2015. He currently the Senior Editor of European Journal of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery and Assistant Professor at the University of Cambridge.
