Originally from central New Jersey, Sean Roddy attended Georgetown University where he graduated in 1988. He received his Medical Degree from Yale University School of Medicine in 1992. He completed his internship at the Harvard/Deaconess hospital, his residency at Yale/New Haven Hospital and his vascular surgery fellowship at New England Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Roddy is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and is Board Certified in Vascular Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and currently serves on numerous committees for both national and regional vascular surgery societies. He is past president of the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Society, Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, and New England Society for Vascular Surgery
Dr. Roddy is Professor of Surgery at Albany Medical College. He is the Direcotr of Perioperative Services for the main operating room at Albany Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Roddy is the CPT Advisor for the Society for Vascular Surgery and is the director of the Society for Vascular Surgery annual Coding and Reimbursment Course.
