Caila Bachmann is a rising 4th year medical student at the University of Virginia School of Medicine who will graduate with the class of 2025. She is a member of Pinn College which has allowed her the opportunity to perform her clinical work at UVA's Inova Campus in Fairfax, VA. Previously, she obtained a BS in Biology and BA in Spanish from the University of Alabama. She is currently Co-President of the UVA Surgical Interest Society and enjoys broadening her surgical skills and knowledge while simultaneously supporting her classmates in the same pursuit.
