Andrew Sanders is a current research fellow in the department of vascular surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. His research is sponsored by a T32 grant from the Harvard-Longwood Research Training in Vascular Surgery Program. His focus is outcomes research in vascular surgery under PI Marc Schermerhorn. Andrew is originally from Alexandria, Virginia. He attended the University of Virginia for his undergraduate studies and Emory University School of Medicine for medical school. Prior to his research fellowship, Andrew has completed three years in the BIDMC general surgery program. He will be returning to clinical residency to begin his PGY-4 year this Summer.
