I was born and raised in New York and attended college and medical school at Columbia University and completed my general surgery training at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Duke University in Durham,NC.I assumed a faculty position in the Division of Vascular Surgery at Indiana University in 2005 and have a NIH funded laboratoy focusing on defining the immune mechanisms pathogenic in the fromation of abdominal aortic aneurysms.
