Dr. Bertges is Professor of Surgery and Medicine, Chief of the Divsion of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy and Program Director for the Vascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Vermont Medical Center. He serves as chair of the Vascular Quality Initiative Peripheral Vascular Intervention Registry. Clinical research interests inlude advancing the national system for peripheral arterial device evaluation through registry based studies. He is married to Kirsten Bertges for 25 years with daughter JORDAN (21) and son RYAN (14).
