Lisa Wilbert is the Assistant Director of Quality Measurement & Analytics at Stony Brook University Hospital providing strategic direction for the analytic program to the Associate Director of Quality, the Chief Quality Officer and other Senior Leaders to ensure that they have access to data necessary to effectively manage their programs, assist with performance improvement projects, and meet regulatory reporting requirements. Responsible for the management of registry and abstraction supervisors and staff as well as all surgical abstraction and analytic staff. She is responsible for creating and managing complex databases, data sets, and analytic tools that support quality improvement activities across the institution. She has 20 years of experience in Quality Management and 37 years as a registered nurse. Currently acting as the data lead for the quality teams in Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Stroke, Vascular, Pediatric and General Surgery, including the NSQIP team for Stony Brook Medicine, where they have been using real time data and innovative strategies to improve their quality scores. Piloting a team that is creating quality dashboards in Tableau for all of the hospital service lines. Presented at the NSQIP conferences in 2016 and 2018. Published and presented over 64 works on Quality Improvement at National Conferences.
