Armin Farazdaghi is a native of Baltimore, MD. After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as an officer in the US Army, where he was exposed to field medicine and decided to pursue a career in surgery. He later entered the post-baccalaureate pre-medical program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he subsequently attended medical school. Currently a PGY-3 resident in the integrated Vascular Surgery residency program at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. In his free time, he enjoys running, mountaineering, and spending time with his family.
